Consulenza Nutrizionale provides expert nutritional advice, dietary planning, and wellness consultations. These services are delivered either through digital video conferencing platforms or in person at our Milan office. Each session is personalized based on the data provided by the user.

The "Plans & Pricing" defined on the nutrition-plans.php page represent standardized service tiers. However, the specific dietary advice remains unique to the individual’s physiological and lifestyle context.

Online booking for sessions requires valid contact information and adherence to our scheduling calendar. Confirmation is sent via email upon successful registration.

• Rescheduling: Must occurs at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
• Late Fees: Cancellations made within less than 24 hours are subject to a fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
• Refunds: Processed within 7-10 business days if the cancellation complies with our notice period.

Users are expected to provide accurate health data. Misrepresentation of medical history, allergies, or physical conditions can lead to ineffective or unsafe nutritional advice.

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Website in any way that could damage the Website, the services, or the general business of Consulenza Nutrizionale.

Consulenza Nutrizionale shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the service.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the specific session giving rise to the claim. All legal matters are governed by the laws of Italy, with the court of Milan having exclusive jurisdiction.
